The smaller problems may need 2 while bigger problems may grow to 8 or more helical piers needed. This price might seem hefty but with each pier it will last 50-100 years and some may even last as long as the house itself. Step 1- Dig: During the process, we will start with digging down to the footer at each pier location. Step 2- Screw: Install the piers with hydraulic equipment. Step 3- Bolt: Attach foundation brackets and bolt down. Step 4: Backfill- Stabilize the structure and then backfill the area
