Problem: A young couple was looking to buy a split level home in Charlotte. For the most part the home was in great condition, but the wood in the crawl space needed repair.
Solution:
• Dry Otter removed the damp insulation and performed mold remediation on the floor joists.
• Repaired the band joists, replaced the double joists, and did some sistering of joists.
