PROBLEM:
Danielle called in after she heard about us on the radio. She had recently gotten a mold analysis report detailing that the indoor air quality suggested that she might have some mold growth in the crawl space and warranted an inspection and possibly mold remediation.
SOLUTION:
Tyler provided the crawl space inspection she needed, and offered a solution to help resolve the crawl space mold and prevent it from coming back. After cleaning the mold, Dry Otter installed a 20 mil crawl space encapsulation and a professional grade AprilAire dehumidifier. You can see in the pictures, we also installed crawl space lights, which really helps other contractors that need to enter the crawl space in the future. Now the crawl space will stay dry enough that the fungal growth will stop in it’s tracks.
