Basement waterproofing in Stanley, NC

I got some estimates, but Dry Otter came in with the best bang for my buck. I also like that their office is about 15 minutes away from my home, and I know I’m paying for a quality service (and not expensive billboards and TV ads.) Every single member of their team that I encountered was professional, on time, responsive, and respectful of my home. The person who came out for the initial consult was communicative and addressed all my concerns. The admin/project team contacted me when they said they would to schedule the contractors and the installation. On install day, the team showed up on time, did an incredible job, and treated my home with the utmost respect.

They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement much better than they found it. Even though they were jackhammering, they went out of their way not to disrupt my day as much as possible. It rained really hard last night, and for the first time since I moved into this home 3 years ago, I didn’t have to worry about waking up to a huge mess in my basement. I know I’ve increased the value of my home as well as my usable square footage. I’m glad I chose Dry Otter, and I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor who is dealing with some of the same issues. 10/10, would recommend.
