The problem:
Ann K. was experiencing issues with moisture in the crawlspace of her Lincolnton home, leading to mold and mildew.

After mold remediation in the crawlspace, a full encapsulation was completed. Then, an Aprilaire dehumidifier was installed with a condensation pump and RH monitor. The monitor will allow the homeowner to ensure the system is operating properly from within the home.
