Marcus has 6 years waterproofing experience with over 500 successful completed jobs all with Dry Otter. He is a self taught carpenter with over 18 years of experience and is currently studying to get his general contractor license. Marcus loves helping people and educating them on the affects that water and moisture can have on their property and what best solutions remedy those issues while best meeting the customers needs. He resides in Denver with his wife and two daughters. Marcus is also an avid outdoorsman that loves to hunt and fish.

Chris is a Lake Norman native who served in the US Army as part of an infantry unit stationed in Tacoma, Washington. After his military service, he built a 15-year law enforcement career, including roles as a SWAT team member and Homeland Security Task Force Officer. Passionate about cars, motorcycles, and boats, he has worked as a professional driving instructor and has a diverse construction background both in residential and commercial, and heavy equipment operation.
Michael Frazier
Inspector
Michael has a love for the different types of construction and building styles throughout North Carolina. Michael attended Wilkes Community College to study Architectural Technology and is also a Licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Agent in North Carolina. With this experience he takes great pride in finding the defects in and outside of the home and providing a meaningful and understanding solution for the consumer. Michael’s commitment and core competency around the waterproofing industry allows him to work with you, to build and provide the most economical, lifetime waterproofing solutions for you and your family. His hobbies include spending time with family and watching his son play sports, playing golf, traveling and continued learning throughout life.
Tyler Humphries

Tyler brings over 15 years of expertise in the waterproofing and structural repair industry. A dedicated family man, Tyler cherishes time with his two young children, a son and a daughter, and his wonderful fiancé. A passionate sports enthusiast, Tyler played football at Wingate University and continues to stay active through golf and tournament softball. In his free time, he loves being with his family and pursuing his love for sports.
